By accessing or using the website located at stjosephmasonry.com ("the Site"), or by requesting services from St Joseph Concrete & Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or request services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the Site and to all customers who engage St Joseph Concrete & Masonry for masonry contractor services. By submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
St Joseph Concrete & Masonry provides masonry contractor services to residential and commercial property owners in St. Joseph, MO and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and outdoor kitchen masonry.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of qualified crew members. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a written estimate provided to the customer before work begins. No work outside the agreed scope will be performed without prior written or verbal authorization from the customer.
All estimates provided by St Joseph Concrete & Masonry are based on an in-person assessment of the project site. We do not provide binding quotes by phone or online without an on-site visit.
A written estimate sets out the scope of work, materials, and the total price for the project as assessed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if conditions at the site differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request.
Any additional work requested after an estimate is accepted will be priced separately and requires customer approval before that work begins. We will not proceed with additional scope without first communicating the change and receiving your agreement.
Project start dates are scheduled by mutual agreement between St Joseph Concrete & Masonry and the customer. We will communicate scheduling details in writing or by phone prior to the project start date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (816) 558-9986 or support@stjosephmasonry.com. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice before a scheduled project start may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs. The specific terms of any cancellation fee will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any such changes as promptly as possible and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
Payment terms for each project are outlined in the written estimate. We typically require a deposit prior to the start of work and the remaining balance upon completion of the project, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of estimate acceptance. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees, as specified in your project agreement.
If a dispute arises regarding an invoice, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving billing questions in good faith and to your satisfaction.
